Great value for money, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a few stops away from the city center, close to the river and train station. The staff was friendly and treated me like family.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

We loved the convenient location, perfect for exploring both Donauinsel and the city center. The hotel is also close to the UNO Center, making it great for business trips. The easy access to the metro station and public garage was a plus. We enjoyed morning runs along Donauinsel or through the Prater Park, and the proximity to the Prater amusement park was a bonus. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was kept clean. The hotel staff, though sometimes disinterested, were helpful. The breakfasts were suitable for vegetarian needs, and there was ample desk space in the room.
